At Royal Gems Mentoring Program (RGMP), we empower girls ages 10–17 to discover their strengths, build confidence, develop leadership skills, and prepare for their future. Our mentorship model combines character development, personal growth, leadership training, and real-world experiences designed to help girls thrive academically, socially, and personally.
Mentorship & Personal Growth
Interactive sessions led by caring mentors who support emotional wellness, self-discovery, goal-setting, and confidence-building through meaningful conversations, reflection, and hands-on activities.
College & Career Readiness
Participants explore future opportunities through career exploration, resume development, mock interviews, professional skill-building, and exposure to college and workforce pathways.
Entrepreneurial Empowerment
Through business-focused workshops, financial literacy education, and conversations with entrepreneurs, girls develop creativity, leadership skills, and practical knowledge to understand business and financial responsibility.
Community Engagement
Service-learning opportunities, including supporting families in need, partnering with community organizations, and serving younger generations, help participants strengthen empathy, teamwork, and civic responsibility.
Enrichment Activities
Participants engage in etiquette training, creative arts, leadership workshops, and wellness experiences that encourage self-expression, confidence, cultural awareness, and personal resilience.
