At Royal Gems Mentoring Program (RGMP), we empower young women ages 13–18 to discover their purpose, build confidence, and prepare for their future. Our mentorship model blends character-building, leadership development, and real-world experiences rooted in Christian values and practical life application.
Mentorship & Personal Growth
Interactive sessions guided by caring mentors who support emotional wellness, identity exploration, goal-setting, and confidence-building through reflection, conversation, and hands-on activities.
College & Career Readiness
Participants gain exposure to college life and future career paths through resume workshops, mock interviews, career exploration, and guided college tours.
Entrepreneurial Empowerment
Dynamic business labs, financial literacy sessions, and conversations with real entrepreneurs help girls develop an entrepreneurial mindset and practical money skills.
Community Engagement
Service-based outreach opportunities such as providing meals for families in need, supporting women’s shelters, and reading to younger students help participants develop empathy, social responsibility, and leadership.
Enrichment Activities
Etiquette training, creative arts, empowerment workshops, and wellness experiences that encourage self-expression, cultural awareness, and resilience.
Capstone Gala & Cotillion
A formal end-of-year celebration highlighting each participant’s journey, accomplishments, and transformation. The gala includes a traditional cotillion ceremony that symbolizes growth, confidence, and grace.
