Please complete all seven (7) required forms below. Each form collects different information and must be completed in its entirety. Your daughter’s enrollment in the Royal Gems Mentoring Program will not be considered complete until all required forms have been submitted.

A payment link is located below the forms. After completing all seven forms, please submit the required one-time, non-refundable $30 registration fee as soon as possible to complete your daughter’s enrollment and secure her place in the program.

The other payment options listed in the Payment Center are not due at the time of registration. They may be submitted when applicable or as payment deadlines are announced.

If you experience any issues completing your payment through PayPal, please use Zelle as an alternative payment method. Be sure to include your daughter’s name and the purpose of the payment in the payment memo.
